Director 11…this week??

So Director is supposed to be available for download tomorrow (or in the next few days). If Adobe is like Apple, they’ll release it on Tuesday. [Don’t get me started on the Adobe/Apple cage match that has been going on for a few years…ugh].
Guess we’ll have to wait and see. Will tomorrow be like Christmas in March?
As soon as I get it I’ll let you know. If anyone gets the “download now” message from Adobe let me know 🙂

“the ticks” and “the milliseconds” count from the last boot of your computer.

You forgot these:
the short date
eg. “3/4/2008”
the short time
“12:24 AM”
that’s what it shows no my pc, and it looks the same as the date and the time when testing… of course, the formatting is entirely dependent on your OS configuration for date & time.

I tend to use BudAPI Xtra’s time functions.

Let’s face it, everything about D11 is delayed and ultimately disappointing.
Expect to be able to download late Tuesday and to find that the installer doesn’t work on Mac’s.

Well, the links to the Shockwave Player 11 are up now at 9pm EST 3/24.
Their links are broken, so you can’t actually download anything.
But they are there.
